Position Purpose: Responsible and accountable for Sales and Business Development strategies. Develop relationships and manage the existing ones with Institutions for
investments in various products.
Self-Driven person who wants to do well in the Industry.
Has good Knowledge about products Debt & Equity.
Networking across Institutional clients Hierarchy wise.
Understands operations and business model of Institutions.
Deliver high standards of service and maintain high levels of operational integrity
Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the Company brand.
Demonstrates teamwork and takes active interest in the team discussions.
Ensure Growth, Expenses & Profitability parameters of the company.
Maintains good relations across Department of Fund Management, Products and
Operations for devising ways to provide value added services to the Clients
Brings new and innovative Ideas to the table.
A Senior relationship manager with a minimum experience of 5 years in Institutional
Well versed with current affairs - Debt & Equity Markets
Develops oneself: Proactively seeks feedback, reflects on it and on one's experiences
to identify developmental gaps, upgrades self continuously, and seeks
