Manage a team of Sales Managers to achieve business goals
Fulfilling sales leads. Implement & develop sales activities to
Build and maintain relationships with builders/ developers
Meeting customers on a regular basis for achieving planned
targets, process file for sanction, co-ordinate for disbursement of
Achieving targeted sales, market assessment & analysis.
Identifying potential partners based on agreed profiles and
ensure tie up is in accordance with the business plan & SOPs.
Monitor and review developer’s performance and collaborate
with them in mutually achieving maximum business.
Maintaining database and MIS & reporting on a regular basis.
Aligning with the marketing team on ground lead generation
activities for Sales.
Desired Candidate ProfileApplicant should be PGDM / MBA from a good institute. Specialisation in
sales and marketing.
Experience of 4 to 10 years in Sales with atleast 2 years as a Team Leader.
Background in BFSI and specifically Home Loan sales is preferred.
