Roles and Responsibilities

Routine , preventive, predictive maintenance and support project activities of the plant
electrical & mechanical
Requires planning and execution of these activities within budgeted timelines and costs.
Lead a team of Technicians & Electricians in both General & in Shifts
Responsible for complete Electrical & mechanical maintenance of the Plant.
Maintenance of HFFS,VFFS, Shrink wrap & Process machineries
Knowledge on Electrical wiring reading / ladder logic / siemens s7 / Simatic
Knowledge & hand’s on experience required on ABB/Danfoss /Drive program setting
/upload & download of program , drive wiring knowledge
Hand’s on experience in Electrical trouble shooting

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduation in Electrical Engineering OR EEE from NIIT or any other
premier institutes

Knowledge

Essential
Knowledge on Pumps, Gear, Relays, Starters, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, motors,
Troubleshooting, TPM, Lean, KAIZEN, POKAYOKE, SPC, Thermodynamics and Material
Science.
Computer Proficiency
Working knowledge on SAP
Desirable
