Roles and Responsibilities

Mandatory requirements:

Should have an experience of working as a Shift Incharge
Knowledge of HIRA
Should have an experience of team management
Core Responsibilities:
To follow the Process according to the Plant Position.
Input & Output verification.
To Follow Process Parameter (Follow SOP’s and BMR Instructions)
Maintain Quality, Quantity, Time-Cycle of the Batches, Housekeeping etc.
Preventive maintenance like transferring Pump, Circulation Pump, Scrubber
Cooling Tower etc.
To pay attention towards Load Checking, MMR Fuse work’s etc. Trouble Shooting.
Daily Plant Reporting.
Specific functional responsibilities as outlined under QMS.
Confirmation of all ongoing batches manually as well on SAP System
HSE Responsibilities:
Assist HODs in fulfilment of his HSE roles & responsibilities.
Implementation of HSE procedures & practices
Initial risk assessment of the activities & operations. Implementation of risk
controls.
Reporting of accidents, incidents, deviations etc. and initiation of CAPA.
Ensure effective participation in HSE.
Authorized for stopping any unsafe work or activity. Responsible for
noncompliance with respect to any operational and monitoring legal and other
requirements.
Responsible for deviations from HSE work practices and management system
implementation. Reporting of accidents, incidents, deviations etc. and initiation of
CAPA.
Ensure effective participation in HSE.
Other Responsibilities:
Coordinate with all the Departments
To ensure good Communication with the Workers and with the Colleagues
Distribution of work to the Workers R.M. Requisition.

Desired Candidate Profile

3 – 6 years’ experience of working in production function in a chemicals factory / process

industry
