Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Business Development team. In this
role, you will partner with the team to work on delivering RFPs, proposals, online
content library, CRM tools, systems, data analysis, prepare dashboards/reports and
perform secondary research.

Work and deliver RFP questionnaire mapping, perform secondary research
for client pursuits, day-to-day transactional activities across different
Business Development workstreams
RFP questionnaire mapping includes match and extract relevant content
from the online library to fulfill RFP support request, record latest and
updated verbiage, tag keywords to do easy search, manage content
throughout the year
Responsible for maintaining all / relevant key documents throughout the
work lifecycle in the specified format as applicable (e.g.: organize folders,
RFP content, process documentation, requirement documents)
Collaborate with the Business Development team members and workstream
leads on different activities as assigned and needed
Learn online RFP library management tool and devise efficient ways to
manage the content for different geographies and solution lines
Collaborate with other support functions/teams to prepare deliveries and
manage timely responses
Work and support to create RFP deliveries including presentation proposal decks
Ensures quality control of all deliverables by applying the processes and
checks in place
Incorporate past experiences, business savvy, creative and out-of-the-box
thinking in designing solutions; offer multiple, potential solutions

Qualifications

A broad-based and business-oriented understanding of business development in a professional services industry
3 to 6 years’ work experience in handling data, systems, internal tools, preparing decks, presentations, reporting etc.
Strong ability to translate business needs into requirements
Effective Business communication skills (such as email, conference calls etc)and fluent with English language.
Proven ability to collaborate with business support and technology teams
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills along with expertise in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS word is highly desirable
Strong time management, multi-task and organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities
Experience in using system based reporting such as CRM financial system or
related. Salesforce – reporting is preferred
Expertise in Data analysis, MS excel spreadsheet work to build templates
and automation is preferred

Reporting, Hands on work on organization System/Tools such as Salesforce, CRM etc
