Roles and Responsibilities Job Objective
The Product Manager is responsible for planning the roadmap of the product and to work with the product development teams to ensure timely delivery. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to ensure that the delivered product meets the quality and functional expectations.

Strategic Roles and Responsibilities Define the product strategy and roadmap for Industry Cloud platform as well as the business apps that are developed on the platform Understand competitive landscape in the market, and the strengths and weaknesses of other available products/solutions Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product Act as a leader and product champion within the company Operational Responsibilities Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification Work closely with scrum and development team for backlog/release planning and monitor the progress to completion Identify and onboard beta users for the product and manage the beta testing process Perform product demos to customers Develop sales tools and collateral Brief management and external stakeholders
Stakeholder Management Build a trusted relationship with business management and end users to define the product roadmap that balances immediate needs of the business and broader market needs Ensure robust decision making with collaborative inputs, resolve conflicts and ensuring follow through on cross functional projects
People Management Develop employee capability and build functional excellence through various learning and development interventions and mentoring initiatives Foster an environment of learning, excellence, and innovation within the team and across teams
Minimum qualifications: Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Product Manager Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products 5+ years of experience in a job in the Industrial & Engineering Software market Technical background, with experience in dealing with manufacturing/industrial enterprise customers
Preferred qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) Excellent teamwork skills Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
