through Mass Affluent segment customers
To centrally handle corporate sales and fleet proposals and give a quick turn around time
and to maintain on-going relationship with the corporate customers

Authority matrix will be defined as per role and grade for commercial and scheme
deviations
Product Management - Product Maintenance, launching variants and conducting process
improvements in response to the changing market dynamics.
Corporate Sales - Handle corporate sales and fleet proposals and give a quick turn around
time and to maintain on-going relationship with the corporate customers
Product Pricing - Reviewing product pricing and tracking Fees and NIMs on an ongoing
basis
Training - Training sales team and other teams within the Bank on the product and
process.
Campaign Management - Running R & R contests and campaigns for Dealers and sales
