Responsible for increasing the ISD productivity and reduction in cost (CPA).
Creating Adequate infrastructure of Merchandiser at Distributor cost.
Training & development ofISD & Merchandiser.
Inspecting and validating outlets for ISD deployment and increase ISD contribution in Activation.
Budget allocation vs Spends Management
2. Market Visibility & Vendor Management
New Town Launch and ground activation.
Visibility index benchmarked to Competition.
POS Elements and Universe of outlets covered under Permanent & Soft visibility elements.
Execute the Visibility Initiatives on Festive/Season time at Modern Trade and Key Outlets (Sambandh Dealers).
Signing up of Key outlets for BTL campaigns and activity calendar
Develop vendors for quality output and timely execution of the quality norms.
Ensure accurate print work as per creative provided by marketing team.
Adherence to circle budgets and benchmark rates.
3. Market Visit & Feedbacks
Regular market visit to ISD counters and provide feedback on the market visit to the COMs
Prepare monthly reports on Trade Marketing expenditures.
Prepare and update planner on monthly activities and trade Circulars.
Increase the Brand Score through BTL activities
