Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible to promote and implement human resource values by planning and managing human resources programs.

1. Monitor end to end employee life cycle from recruitment to exit
2. Lead communication campaigns around policies and drive100% governance and
adherence to On-roll statutory compliances.
3. Drive efficiency in HR ops related activities & last mile delivery along with relevant
stakeholders on Employee Life-Cycle & Self-service matters like Claims, Exit
Clearances etc.
4. Partner with Leadership team in timely communication and roll out of all employee
related policies and ensure timely redressal of all employee queries and
5. Ensure Robust processes and systems - Monthly Database and Organization
structure management with complete accuracy
6. Adoption and usage of various policies administration, ensuring employee delight
balanced with cost management
7. Ensure on time quality hiring from all sources
8. Act as a Business Partner for the circle designing and implementing initiatives
aligned to business needs

Payroll Management
1. Support the processing of monthly payroll, including new employees, resigned
employees, PLI for Sales & FSD, Notice Period, Joining Bonus, Relocation etc.
2. Support the provision of Payroll related reporting (e.g. weekly KPIs and manager
reports) both scheduled and on request
3. Ensure the management of all types of leave example holiday, Annual, sick,
maternity, are completed effectively
4. Provide any other Payroll, accounting or administrative related tasks, as identified
1. Manage the ongoing performance management process ensuring all
Management leaders and employees are informed, trained and coached on all
aspects of mid-year check-ins, year-end calibrations and performance ratings,
goal setting, etc.
2. Design performance calibration sessions to ensure objective talent decisions
are made in a fair and transparent manner
3. Coach leaders on writing performance reviews and holding meaningful ongoing
conversations with their employees
4. Partner with senior leadership to set and properly cascade effective company
5. Build and manage project plan for performance management processes,
systems, training, communications, etc., including goal setting
6. Conduct an assessment of technology options, identifying the right solution that
will drive the strategy, and implement that technology in a way that will balance
with other Talent/HR technologies
7. Validate all programs, communication, and training with HR Business Partner
8. Manage the timeline, development, and delivery of performance management
communication, including timelines and program implementation dates
9. Continue the cultural transformation of performance management moving from
a bi-annual HR activity (as viewed by business) to a more progressive, ongoing
process that supports talent pipelining
10. Lead the change leadership necessary to evolve our culture and the behaviors
of leaders and employees to move towards this more progressive approach to
managing performance
11. Leverage progressive updates to performance management tool as a way to
continue driving behavior change with employees and leaders
Policy and Process Compliance
a. Safeguard the organization’s processes and policies.
b. Strict adherence to SOP and the defined processes
c. Encourage consistent and continuous compliance is followed by all employees
and vendors with safety and regulatory requirements, standards and protocols
d. Confirm your actions are compliant as per Information Security Policy
