Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and Develop the Functional Learning Roadmap for the LOB (Line of Business)
Identify LOB specific functional training needs
Create the Annual Learning plan for the LOB basis the TNI
Design and implement LOB wise learning curricula
Design and implement clear impact measurement parameters for key interventions.
Content Design
Design and develop relevant functional content for the LOB
Ensure content quality
Ensure multiple modalities of content dissemination
Partner Digital L&D for e-learning content usage.
Training Delivery
Plan and manage training delivery days for self
Conduct training program across medium i.e., in-person and VILT.
Ensure timely roll out of identified programs
Go on field visits to understand on-ground realities
Impact Measurement
Drive impact on Productivity for identified interventions
Implement techniques to ensure post program knowledge transfer and retention
