Roles and ResponsibilitiesTo design high impact e-learning content for capability development for FSS and drive digital
adoption through efficient execution and follow-ups.
- Interact with business stakeholders and SPOC’s to understand the content need and create apt
storyboards for content creation.
- Creating e-learning content such as capability development videos, podcasts, scorm files
(video+quiz+PPT+PDF) etc for engaged learning.
- Plan release for e-learning programs, create communication mailers for the same, release
branding communications on time for maximizing awareness
- Track the progress of e-learning program post release and track completion of different cohorts
to drive 100% adoption and course completion.

of this job)
Collaborate with business SPOC’s and BHR’s to understand the competency dictionary
critical roles to identify specific cohorts and their respective skills in focus.
Apply the principles of Instructional Design to plan the digital content creation and content
type ( instructional video, quiz etc ) for the need mentioned.
Create learning content using various video and audio editing tools such as Adobe Creative
Suite, Articulate, Captivate, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator and quizzes.
Create SCORM based content using the content created in video, graphics, audio and other
Host content with specific user mapping on learning platforms such as DLW by Success
Factors, EdCast etc.
Manage content curation for specific skills in focus for critical job-roles on the learning
platforms like EdCast, HMM, Coursera etc.
Generate timely report to create dashboards to track platform adoption and content completion
on EdCast, HMM, Coursera and other learning platforms in-house.
Share the relevant course based dashboards / MIS to the respective teams to track usage.
Manage (add/delete/edit/amend) employee mappings for learning assignments and plan release
of learning program to drive effective usage of platform and course completion.
Drive digital adoption through effective and precise follow-ups
Designing Content for the programs identified as per training needs identified
Conducting leadership competency/knowledge gap analysis through various data points like
Appraisal data, MCares, CC reports, 360 degree reports, etc.
Identify Learning opportunities and design training modules for the specific bands to develop
Mahindra Leadership Characteristics/Competencies and performance
Measure the business impact of learning
