Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
This role will work closely with the CHRO & MD and be responsible for building and running the people development process mainly focusing on but not limited to :
1. Learning & Development
Creating a robust L&D process, including identifying training needs, creating training
calendar and running training programs
Creating a robust process for hi potential employee development, including making
IDPs, career paths & succession planning

2. Performance Management
Running the annual performance appraisal process and refining the same
Participating in feedback conversations and creating action plans out of the same
3. Employee Engagement
Running engagement & pulse surveys
Co-creating action plans with managers and ensuring the same is completed
4. Additional responsibilities as and when required
