Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

The role is responsible for managing the development activity of Customizations, Interfaces, Reports and API’s.
Managing customizations in Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, OAF and Workflows across Oracle Process Manufacturing,
SCM and Finance Modules. Manage the development team of 14 using the project management tools.
Evaluation of Technology, Software and partner
1. Project Planning and managing execution and provide High level
solution design
Design of the Technical Architecture for relevant projects –
Schemas, Tables, Triggers, Index, etc.
Design Solution for Real-time information transfer between
multiple systems, to suit Business requirements.
Administering Change control process.
Audit and Approve Technical Documentation
Drive a performance driven culture in the team by reviewing
performance parameters and providing on-time feedback to the
Facilitate/Provide necessary and relevant Training to the team.
Manage escalations / conflicts

Education • Scenario 1: M.Tech (IT)

• Scenario 2: B.Tech / BE or Equivalent Degree
