Roles and Responsibilities
Define and manage the Product Strategy and roadmap.
Develop market strategies to gain share and achieve top and bottom line targets for the product.
Develop, execute and monitor business plan for new product development.
Liaison with cross functional teams to manage the innovation funnel.
Monitor competition various aspects such as new offering, pricing, consumer offer, etc.
Manages the product portfolio as assigned, both strategic and operational oversight.
Orchestrates offer execution including: pricing and contract execution. As required, leads development on new offer elements.
Develops and maintains asset strategy, long term supply demand outlook and manages asset allocation to deliver business results.
Drives efforts to increase customer loyalty by assuring product quality, regulatory, service and customer specification requirements
Oversees the development and maintenance of the fact base for assigned products - including competitive intelligence.
Target new customers / new industries for sale of existing and new products
Experience of previous interaction in similar industry
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: B.E/BSc with MBA or PG in Sales/Marketing.
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in product management in Personal Care space of chemical industry.
- Target companies – All chemical companies dealing in personal care space, can also look for cosmetics or flavor & fragrance domain.
Salary: 12,00,000 - 14,00,000 P.A.
