Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

To oversee several key functions within the IT department that enable the delivery of a
high-quality service to end users, and to ensure Service Support and Service Delivery
processes are in place to meet business needs.

DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Collaborate with various cross functional teams to plan future deployment scope
2. Act as custodian to CR delivery processes & ensure quality gates adherence
3. Coordinates closely with Business teams, Developers, Architect and testers to plan
delivery execution, while taking responsibility for managing scope, costs and
schedule adherence.
4. Setup communication plan for timely & regular updates on status of
deployments/Deliveries
5. Outputs of these phases may include:
? Create Project plans for achieving timely delivery of projects
? Defining roles and responsibilities using a RACI chart
? Collaborating with various business functions to define the Roadmap
? Implementing best-practice tools and processes to ensure the business
requirements are clearly defined and communicated to the team and
stakeholders.

Contract management and execution with 3rd parties
6. Manages the execution, monitoring and controlling of the project:
? Getting work done from vendor teams as per project objectives & plans
? Planned and unplanned changes, risks and issues to ensure rapid
delivery and greater predictability
? Internal and external stakeholder involvement to keep them appraised of

risks, issues & project progress through timely reporting
? Changes in priorities/requirements from senior leadership by ensuring
members remain agile enough to handle changes with minimal disruption
to productivity
? Ensure successful delivery of projects without any issues
? Project closure & handover with operations teams
7. Actively participates and contributes to the organization's PMO community to
constantly improve delivery guidelines, templates and processes. This requires
working closely with all departments of the organization to gather feedback and
ensure any new changes or alterations to existing guidelines, templates and
processes are communicated effectively
8. Carry out User acceptance testing wherever required
