Roles and Responsibilities2. Should be a performance oriented and self-driven professional, who is transparent in his dealings and not biased in his approach to business/customer/people.
3. Must have hardcore FMCG experience of atleast 12 years, out of which should have worked as an ASM for atleast 5-6 years in FMCG cos.
4. Ideally currently should be handling business of more than One State(may be one full and part of other state)
5. Must have complete knowledge of MP markets as ASM(especially Rural MP), and also should have working/geographical knowledge of CG(atleast been a SO there) and belt,
6. Should be adept at Sales Team Goal Setting and Target management.
7. Must have the zeal to lead from the front in Distribution expansion/infrastructure buildup/increased brand coverage.
8. Ensure planning, execution and implementation of Trade Marketing plans in liaison with Trade Marketing Manager
9. Should have a clear understanding and triggers of Channel Partners both primary and secondary channel partners.
10. Should take keen interest in Sales team building and development, periodic Sales reviews & Performance/productivity management.
11. Should have a good track record and must NOT have worked as a frontliner for more than 6 years in total. Also must NOT have worked in 3P roles even at the beginning of his career.
12. Should have strong analytical blend of mind to interpret data for various decisions related to category, competition, pricing, Schemes.
13. Should have strong concepts on Working Capital Management and customer credit management/realization of the same.
14. Should be a go-getter and exhibit highest order commitment and integrity in leading a Zone/Team which has the biggest stake in Pan India business operation.
15. More than being OK, has to have the penchant for travelling since he has to be travelling for atleast 20 days in a month(more so since we are a Rural centric business, the travelling would be primarily through road/rail, with very few areas having access to the Airports).
