Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

A HR Digitization:

1. Project Manage Digitization of HR Processes. To develop processes and workflows towards paper free office
2. Developing and defining business requirements, workflow design, processing mapping, functional specifications, gap analyses, and use cases
3. Directing each initiative through the full life cycle Design, Build, Testing, Training, Deployment, Cutover, Issue Resolution, Risk Mitigation, through to project closure
4. Support the continuous review of the HR Services operating models for alignment to the overall business strategy and introducing best industry practices such as self service, elegant, integrated and straight through processing
5. To design, influence and implement the new operating model for HR services to enhance Operational efficiency, Employee experience and High skill capability. This may include aspects such as re engineering, automation processes and technology solutions
6. Conducting business process design workshops and drive change management

HR Business Partnering:

1. Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
2. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
3. Facilitate Performance Management and manage performance management lifecycle to enable consistent high performance
4. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

5. Implement all HR activities employee competencies and career progression, processes such as On-boarding, Performance Management and employee grievances resolution
6. Capturing employee pulse to provide floor insights to the stakeholders to ensure employee satisfaction
7. Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, decisions, processes, policies and procedures

PMS, Compensation & Rewards

1. Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy. Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
2. Conduct salary and labour market research to define benchmarks. Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the filed.
3.Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations. Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports
4. Design & Deploy Performance Management system across the Organization in line with the agreed philosophy
5. Draw up Performance Management Process calendar as approved by management. Execute goal setting process, mid year appraisal & end year appraisal process for all eligible employees
6. Implement a 'Total Rewards' program and own the Compensation & Benefits framework for the Organization
7. Review existing policies and align them with Org strategy, HR Vision and strategy.
8. Be the custodian of all employee related policies and provide clarification, resolution to employees.
9 Create compensation structures for employees based on the framework (Variable pay at higher levels etc.)

Job Requirements: Masters in Human Resources Management or relevant field

Work Experience - 10 yrs. & above; Atleast 3-4 yrs. in HR Business Partnering, HR Digitization initiatives, Compensation & Benefits, Rewards /Exposure to working with Mid to Large Size and Multi Location Organization

Salary: INR 20,00,000 PA.
