Roles and Responsibilities

Pilot batches planning and execution with safety guidelines

Carry out pilot operations with handling of ANFD, Centrifuge, boiler, cooling tower, brine plant etc.

Batch record maintaining and timely reporting, safety and Hazop studies

It included over site scale up, setting and application of critical process parameters that adhere to design technical standards of new equipment and process flow.

Technology transfer documentation on pilot scale i.e. Process flow diagram, Mass balance, Volume data, Equipment mapping, Process MOC, HAZOP related documents, Chemical compatibility and matrix data.

Demonstrate batches to plant at the time of new product and continuously support to plant regarding technical problem.

Maintaining chemical stock, Effluents outlets, Equipment status etc.

Salary: 3,00,000 - 3,75,000 P.A.
