Roles and Responsibilities

Medical Executive,'ll have the freedom to apply your Medical Expertise and create the role you've always wanted. You will build profitable business relationships with the priority HCPs in the defined geographical territory to achieve the agreed business outcomes. Also, you will be instrumental in maintaining and growing current market shares of prescriptions generated for co. products.Manage your own territory by executing medical marketing strategies Dissemination of knowledge to H Cps to understand the scientific benefits of our products Meet & call H Cps at a predefined frequency to ensure coverage & TC FA Meet & call retailers/hospitals at a predefined frequency to ensure availability of all the SKUs in adequate quantity Plan & Execute HCP engagement activities (CME, GCM, Webinars) Plan & Execute Para-medic staff engagement activities
Adherence to SOPs while conducting engagement activities to ensure compliance
Maintaining practice relationships for the benefit of co. sales – networking with the key members of primary healthcare team for each respective brand promotional activity together with the external influences, where relevant.Manage your stakeholders: set commercial objectives, visit customers, generate brand preference vs competition, handle customer requirements,follow up on agreements, etc. Providing relevant and timely customer, market and competitor information to their manager and the business teams.
