To defend company & its employees legal related issues.
Protect the employees from harassment of the Police/Authorities.
To check technicalities of all property related documents.
To reply all the notices received by the company and keep a copy for records.
Send legal notices to the defaulters, NPAs, Bad debts and Disposal loss booked contracts and recovery of the dues.
Summons and warrants to be served to accused without delay and to ensure all cases reach to their logical completion.
Conduct legal audits in the branches and ensure timely legal action against probable frauds.
File cases against defaulters for recovery of dues.
Arrange for documents & sending it to HO for processing of Arbitration.
File execution petition as and when Arbitration awards received from Head Office
Negotiation and settlement with approval from concerned authorities.
Appointment of advocates as per requirements.
File Petition before the Court/Authority to release the vehicle in favor of the company and to dispose the same with permission of the Court/Authority.
Keep all the details of Unsolvable, bad debt, disposal contracts pertaining to the branches under purview.
Appearing before the Courts/Forum and update all the hearing dates and send a monthly report to Head Office legal department through MIS.
Any other assignment given from time to time.
Salary: 10,00,000 - 13,00,000 P.A.
