Roles and Responsibilities1. Achieving established sales target in a given territory.
2. Visiting the towns and distributors as per the PJP (Propose Plan journey) and itinerary & work in the retail and wholesale market.
3. Compilation of daily market reports.
4. Distributor servicing and management.
5. Territory records, cheque control, secondary sales data etc.
6. Increasing the width and depth of coverage for company products.
7. Implementation of promotion schemes and other company policies and procedures.
8. Supervising and training the distributor salesmen.

Salary: 6,50,000 - 7,50,000 P.A.
