Roles and Responsibilities

Designation: Area Sales Manager

Department & location: LFR - PUNE

Years of experience: 5 Years Minimum

Academic qualification: Graduate preferably from retail/fashion background)

Job Profile:

Sales & operation — Responsible for achieving planned sales & growth — LFR wise /store wise, responsible for managing front end sales team - sales staff retention, recruitment, sales data register, staff attendance record, daily sales review, staff meeting & training

Market/Store visit — Spend maximum time with store team, motivate the staff, understand the customer requirement & feedback, merchandise requirement, competition brand’s sales mapping & best practices

Inventory management — Responsible for store wise stock management, maximizing sellthru’s & reducing rtv’s

Maintaining SIS Look & Feel - Proper merchandise display, fit /self-talkers & fit guide, fixtures wise stock display planning, appropriates signages for product & sales promotion, season props & collection display, establishing & maintaining proper high traffic displays resulting in increased sales

Coordination with B&M, VM & training team — to introduce new merchandise, product training & display method, event/fest executions & implementation

Coordination between B&M & stores team - for Stock dispatches, timely deliveries & display on floor, offer execution & verification

Developing smooth & cordial relation with all store team DM/ROM/SM , LFR business partners & good market networking

Role:Area Sales Manager
