Roles and Responsibilities
Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and developing new solutions that solve the root cause of customer problems in tickets elevated from our L1 support team or internal teams. Writing step-by-step processes, technical solutions, and ticket updates to customers using clear and concise English. Escalating L3 related issues to the Developemnt team and coordinating to fix the bugs by regular follow ups
Lead Android and iOS APP & Java and .Net Application Support & Deployment
Smooth running of the Applications in Production Environment
Deployment of Mobile App and Both Java and windows based application
Timely response to the customers & Management.
Provide functional and/or technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.
Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
Change & Incident & Problem Management related to their application domain.
