Job Description

Manage business operation of the Zone for Two Wheeler Loansand Cross Sell.
Track and ManageProduct Profitability (P&L) and portfolio.
Build and Manage Cluster Managerand Line team to ensure achievement of set business parameters.
P&L : Profitability along with consistent Business growth
Business Parameters Target penetration , Target Nos& Value , Target Cross Sell
Income Parameters - IRR, PF, Doc Charges, Insurance, Other HDB Product cross sell opportunity, Team Productivity matrix.
Manage PDD RC / Other Docs.
Manufacturer and Big dealer relationship.
Ensuring Smooth relationship with all stake holders (Ops, Credit, Policy team ) Dealers .
Assessing training needs to accelerate teams performance.
Forecast , Target setting and drive business through Open Market , Branch Channels.
Team reviews , MIS
Introduce and Implement new marketing and sales promotion initiatives for the region by coordinating with product team.
Managing Weekly and Monthly MIS and Trackers

Salary: INR 22,50,000 - 25,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate/MBA with 12-15 years of experience (Min 6-11yrs of relevant experience)
Understanding of TW Business and its profit drivers
Strong Inter-personal and leadership skills ability to hire/train/motivate/retain large teams/ Solution provider
Ability to set & manage targets / budgets, drive and track profitability at unit.
Demonstrated ability in Sales Planning and conceptualizing Promotions and Marketing Initiatives.
Good Articulation Ability, Decision making and Leadership Skills
