Organizational Relationships
Position reporting to Area Sales Manager

Job Purpose
To achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in the respective territories while ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures
Key Responsibilities
Managerial Responsibilities Deployment of business plans across functions & agencies
Ensure recruitment and target setting for SCEs based out in different territories
Responsibilities Accountable for the Profit and loss of the Territory
Accountable for Sales & Collection targets of the Territory
Achieve sales targets by conducting promotional activities
Negotiate with the credit department for timely approval of loans
Monitor the sales byconducting field visits and meeting dealers.
Job Requirements
Qualifications Graduate
Experience 5+ years of experience in sales of Retail Business
Functional Competencies Knowledge of regulations around Retail financing
Sales orientation with strong negotiation skills
Behavioral Competencies Good communication and interpersonal skills
Problem solving and decision-making skills
People Management skills

Internal Nature or purpose of interaction
Area Sales Manager To discuss & review monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Area Credit Manager To ensure timely approval of loans
External Nature or purpose of interaction
Customers To follow up with interested customers for conducting sales
DSAs, DSTs To ensure sales targets are met; to provide coaching if required
Dealers To support the dealers in conducting sales

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A.
