Job Description

Job Specification:

Responsible for driving revenues

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for increasing revenue through upselling content available on the platform
Thorough understanding and driving of Revenue enhancement activities with the objective of increasing
ARPU and base
Increasing the penetration
Managing upsell through various sales and communication channels
a. Co-ordination with partners and internal teams for creative / Content requirements
b. Co-ordination with internal teams for readiness
c. Efficient execution of operational jobs
d. Tracking end to end execution of promotional plans
Handling movement of subscribers across packages/ structures. Devise plans to ensure lower churn of
subscribers from services.
Managing Pack sales from various channels like Outbound, Inbound, Channel 100, Field, Sales etc
Track performance of products & promotions and be able to highlight key indicators of variance/ trends
Subscriber dipsticks time to time to pick up key indicators resulting into adds, drops etc
Retail/Field/ Customer visits Regularly to decipher subscriber preferences/feedback
Effective Partner and Vendor Management
Effective utilization of all communication modes to drive Gross adds, and reduce churn
Bring innovation to work

Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office, report generation and data analytics. Should be comfortable in dealing with
numbers, data etc. Experience in handling usage, revenue enhancement and retention roles in the past is required.
Ability to observe trends, patterns & understand consumer behavior with a view to devise cost effective campaigns
& promotions in sync with the market demand.

Required Candidate profile

Education: MBA in Marketing
Experience: 5-6 years of experience comprising of Usage, Revenue enhancement and Retention activities
Managing U&R / VAS in Telecom industry (best fit)
Credit & Debit card spends in Financial services

Salary: INR 10,00,000 - 15,00,000 PA.
