Develop pay structures, guidelines and HRIS that assist in management decision making
Participation in Compensation surveys and benchmarking studies
Design Incentive Schemes Short Term as well as Long Term (Including Sales Incentive Schemes)
Preparing AOP & manage Budgets for the department. Track & Analyze Budget Vs cost
Design Compensation Proposal for Annual Increments and manage end-to-end annual appraisal exercise
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Lead end to end Performance Management systems and processes. Will be SPOC for questions/issues related to performance management process.
Provide support and guidance to Regional HR teams on all performance management issues.
Benchmark existing Performance Management & Reward system with best in class systems practices and recommend changes
ERP (Oracle Fusion) Implementation
Ability to handle multiple HR Technology projects (including integrating existing HR tools). Should have at least 1 ERP implementation experience of softwares like Successfactors/SAP/PeopleSoft etc. or BOT implementation.
Implement ESS / MSS, Time Management System, Taleo (recruitment module), LMS, Talent Development , Compensations and BI module.
Stabilize and continuously enhance Core HR modules for operational efficacy.
Lead processes like Background Verification, Exit interview, Time Management, Probation Assessment, Payroll Inputs, Employee Medical benefits
Create and publish various management dashboards for effective HR Analytics
Digitalize Employee Personal Files
Lead Annual Audit Process
Analyze attrition trends and recommend action plan to address the concerns
Provide analysis and reporting on various statistics including performance rating distributions, Promotion Recommendations, Goal Setting and Individual Development Plans.
Study existing roles and revisit existing job descriptions
Assist in the development of training and communication for employees & help employees with navigating the system and troubleshoot system issues.
