Job purpose & Scope

Plan execution, logistics, manpower & financials of the projects. Submit plans, execute approved plan with intimelines and budget. Deployment of resources i.e Manpower, Infrastructure and materials in the most economicmanner to complete the project. Responsible for smooth execution of the projects, cash-flows, Profit & Loss
statements of the project and enhancement of profitability. Setup monitoring mechanism, review project andimplement remedial measures periodically in Delivery of the project conforming to quality standards and safetynorms in the industry. Attend meetings, briefings and responsible for all interaction with the client & other associated
agencies to ensure smooth working and enhancing the image

Major Areas of Responsibilities
1. Pre Execution Activities:
Collate LOI from the client, Study General Condition of Contract (GCC), Standard Condition of Contract (SCC),Technical Specification, Interpret conditions with special reference to execution and commercial terms
Formulate execution (L2 & L3) plan as per the work order
Formulate financial plan i.e Cash-flow, Profit & Loss statement
Prepare control budget for execution of the project
Formulate and raise requisition for manpower as per the deployment plan
Formulate material and logistic plan i.e setting up offices, Stores, IT infrastructure, Guesthouse, Vehicle plan,tool & tackles, safety equipment and material etc.
Deploy manpower as per the plan
Monitor & execute survey activities and ensure the approved survey and BOQs
Submit the approved survey and BOQs to Engineering & Design Dept.
Coordinate with Engineering & Design Department and Commercial Department for finalization of BBU &uploading in Lead Ahead
Forecast & demand material in full kit
Assess the risk in the project and institute risk mitigation measures
2. Execution
Carryout background verification of Identified reputed agencies (Sub contractor) and approve them forerection
Allocate execution target to all Project Managers as per the execution plan
Conduct periodic reviews meetings and review the progress of the block, vis-z-vis plan, review material status,billing status, and take remedial measures if any
Ensure financial review to ascertain that execution is within the budget
Delivery of the project conforming to quality standards and safety norms
Establish working relationship with all govt bodies and stake holders i.e Electricity board, Safety Inspectors,labour Commissioner, Police etc.
Ensure the execution is done within the budget by continuously optimizing operational cost
Monitor and ensure availability and usage of safety equipments by personnel (Contract Labour, Supervisor,
Engineers), provide safety training and ensure execution conforming with the laid down safety norms
Monitoring of all stores, conduct of periodic audits of all stores and accounts at site
Periodic inspections of all company property tool & tackles, Vehicles, etc
Facilitate all liaison with equipments suppliers, testing agencies, inspecting agencies etc.
3. Post Execution Activities:
Monitor & Ensure timely submission of bills
Laison with the top level govt executives i.e CMD, CFO, MD etc to ensure cooperation at all stages for earlyconversion to cash
Monitor cost of execution viz a viz planned cost
Monitor maintenance of records of material consumption Actual v/s Survey
Monitor parity of the certified quantity by the client V/S sub-contractor quantity
Monitor material reconciliation of issued material v/s JMC certified material
Submit periodical reports to Client and TOP Management of BEL
Periodical audits of the stores and accounts
To oversee process in order to ensure all compliances are met for smooth project closure
4. Statutory Compliance
Monitor that electrical licenses is current and ensure that inspectorate permission is obtained prior charging a
facility i.e Feeder/Substation
Ensure that labour license is obtained from Labour Commissioner
Ensure all the insurances policies as per LOI are obtained and are live for the duration of the project
Ensure legal compliances are met at site i.e PF, ESIC, minimum wages etc
5. General
Identify talent, nurture and develop the high performer for the long term
Interact and motivate all the team members, identify training needs, review performance, counsel team
members to obtain optimum performance & career growth

Conduct & organize training modules and seminars for the teams to keep them motivated and enhance their performance
Essential Qualification: Bachelor in Engineering Or Diploma in Engineering [Electrical Specialization]

Desired Qualification:Experience: 20 25 yrs

Salary: INR 25,00,000 - 30,00,000 PA.
