Job Description

Experience in Credit Operation/Operational Risk Management function of Banks/NBFC Loan Company/Asset Finance Company is must
Well-versed with loan documentation( Pre & post sanction & post disbursement) and loan disbursal process of terms and working capital loans
Familiar with early warning signals from Operational risk perspectives and usage of relevant tools to identify/categorize internal & external stake holders for better & close monitoring based on the warning signals
Familiar with various credit operation & disbursal tools.

H. Broad role requirement
Verification of loan application forms, physical verification of relevant KYC information / conducting field investigation and authorization
Issuance of loan documents after obtaining the same from the credit team
Collection and verification of loan documents( pre/post sanction & post disbursement)
Refer documents pertaining to collateral for legal & technical scrutiny and clearance as advised by the credit team
Maintain post disbursement documentation including PDC management and entry in LOS and LMS of pending documents status
Limit set up and preparation of internal disbursement advice
Ensure safe keeping of loan documentation, keep periodic tab on stored documents like legal documents, facility agreement, security documents, title deeds, personal guarantees, other legal documents and cheques etc.
Periodic MIS generation related to the status of Accounts / Borrowers
Issuance of balance confirmation certificate, no dues certificate or no objection certificate to borrowers, statement of accounts and other account details in case of access or system issues faced by business users.
Generate release note and party details from loan origination and monitoring system and send to legal team for release of documents
Closure procedure of Loan Accounts based on repayment status such as provide consent of loan account closure after resolving all pending issues/discrepancies, if any, on full repayment of principal & interest
Verification and release of physical documents in the proposal file, such as legal documents, cheques
Follow up, collection and storage of transactional documents, renewal of insurance policy etc.
Providing clearance for issuance of No due certificate to borrowers after reviewing the receivables and statement of account
Facilitate process and document audit (concurrent/periodic)
Take necessary preventive and remedial measures based on the audit observations and ensure of all audit observations

Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 6,50,000 P.A.
