Job Description

JD as per below :-
1. Knowledge of Transmission or Substation Industry
2. Knowledge of various types of substations like AIS, GIS and Transmission line tenders of variousvoltages (As applicable for candidate type)
3. Must have handled and submitted tender independently and done following activities
i. Study complete tender document, qualification requirement and making necessary
tender synopsis and other assessment for qualification.
ii. Coordination with internal team like execution, legal, commercial, purchase etc
iii. Involve in making consortium / JV agreement and doing the necessary coordination.
iv. Floating of various vendor enquiry and making comparison statement.
v. Preparation of Techno commercial proposals
vi. Preparation of Price bids by making / filling various schedules given in bid
vii. Physical submission of tenders either personally / branch peoples and attending Prebidand Post bid bid meeting with customers / consultant. In case of E-tenders, scanning /uploading of documents on websites.
viii. Attending price bid opening meetings and preparation of Win- Loss Analysis.
ix. Maintaining data bank and also Keeping track of live (submitted) tenders from floating
of tenders up to award of work.
x. Keeping track of competitors data
xi. In case of award of work, following formalities: a. Attending Post Bid / Pre-award
discussions and preparation of MOM. b. Verification / study of LOA / LOI / Detailed
order in line with specifications and check for deviations, if any. c. Submission of order
acceptance along with deviations, if any d. Arranging / Submission of Performance BG /
Advance BG for the project e. Executing / Signing of Contract Agreements f. Contract
book binding and distribution of copies to HO / Site / Client.
xii. In case of unsuccessful bidder, applying for refund of EMD BG / EMD DD.
xiii. Tracking of EMD refund payment by making constant follow-up including personal visitsto customers office.
xiv. Renewal of existing e-tendering registrations time to time (Online portals ).
xv. Post Order support to HO teams / Clients for various queries, amendments etc.

Person Specifications
Essential Qualification: Bachelor in Engineering [Electrical or Civil Specialization]
Desired Qualification: Post Graduate
Experience: Minimum 5 - 7 years experience in EPC projects. Out of which minimum 3 years experience
should be of tendering & marketing related works Transmission line.
Salary range : 8-9lacs
Desg : Asst Manager/Deputy Manager
