To continuously improve Customer Service capability management delivery & processes, such that it ensures a standardized output and a seamless co. experience across all batches. This would include conducting Technical, functional and behavioral training, keeping in line with the co. service-values, the co.-spirit and working towards continuous improvement in training aspects, leading to both qualitative and quantitative improvement in service operations.
Major purpose of the job:
Conduct New Hire Training by adhering to the co. Training Design and Methodology and deliver consistent output that is able to service and delight co. subscribers
Conduct Refresher Training that contributes to improving operational matrices and lift circle performance
Coaching and Mentoring ISP staff to ensure quality work at customer premises
Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 7,00,000 P.A.
