Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer grievances with 24 hours.
Maintaining the Integrated Grievance Management System TAT to 2 days.
Preparing and Publishing Internal & Regulatory MIS to stakeholders and IRDAI within stipulated timelines.
Interactions with customers to understand their concern areas.
Periodic Analysis on Complaints and Trends for presentations.
Prior Experience in Customer Grievance Handling

Education: Graduation necessary, Post Graduation/ MBA desirable.
Experience: 4 + years experience in handling Customer grievances in Insurance Industry.

Salary: INR 6,50,000 - 7,00,000 PA.
