Job Description

The primary responsibility would be to lead the day-to-day administrative operations of the
facility & manage the billing operations. He will assist in managing of all relevant statutory
compliances required to operate the business, oversee all general and administrative
activities including vendor management, facility management and work within stipulated
Major Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned from
time to time.
 Planning and coordination for the delivery of all facility related services and activities
at the corporate office & branch offices (West region) on a day-to-day basis.
 Ensure Statutory compliance across locations related to both manpower & facilities
are maintained.
 All measures towards health & safety are compiled to with regular evacuation drill,
Safety trainings & electrical audits.
 Smooth liasoining with Internal & external stakeholders by building strong
relationship, addressing customer/employee issues, concerns & anticipate situations
to act proactively.
 Ensure all safety guidelines/ requirements are adhered to by team members/vendors.
 Ensure events, conferences/ trainings are organized & managed well.
 Ensure regular coordination with the branch offices to sort out any concerns.
 Manage housekeeping services & maintain standards of the office.
 Ensure coordination for cafeteria services, mail room management, security services,
material movement, asset movement, scrap disposal etc.
 Invoice verification and processing to ensure complete accuracy.
 Work within Stipulated budgets as decided at the beginning of the year & review the
same on a regular basis.
 Proficient in MS Excel & SAP.
 CAPEX/ OPEX approvals from procurement team & PR creation in system.
 Coordinating with Finance Team to processing of vendor invoices and timely
 Tracking of AMCs & coordinate with procurement team for timely renewals.
 Tracking of vendor agreements & ensure timely renewals in coordination with
procurement team.
 Tracking the vendor POs, invoicing & payments & obtain No Dues Certificate
quarterly from all vendors.
 Maintaining the Monthly MIS for expenses & finance provisions.
 Work within Stipulated budgets as decided at the beginning of the year & review the
same on a regular basis.
 Innovate, suggest and implement ideas on facility improvements
 Willing to put in long hours, if required, depending on the exigencies.

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 8,00,000 PA.
